Dados de experimentos em que se tomam medidas repetidas em ocasiões sucessivas sobre a mesma unidade experimental são analisados através de Método Univariado de Parcela Subdividida (Split-Plot), o qual pressupõe que as medidas tomadas em ocasiões distintas tenham iguais variâncias e iguais covariâncias e ainda que tenham uma matriz uniforme. Uma alternativa interessante para a execução da análise e, sem dúvida, a correção nos números de graus de liberdade. Embora existam outros procedimentos de análises, este e mais acessível a compreensão e, consequentemente, mais usual. Procedimentos que foram abordados durante o trabalho. O método será ilustrado com uma análise de um experimento, cujo o objetivo foi estudar o efeito global de tratamentos ao fim do experimento e a variação destes tratamentos ao longo de oito épocas de observação, em dois substratos diferentes, em sucupira vermelha, Andira parviflora ducke

Data from the same experimental unit measured more than once analysed by Univariate Method Split-Plot Design (Parcela Subdividida), is supposed to have the same variance and same covariance, and also uniform matrix. An interesting way for analysis of the data is the correction of degree of freedom. Although there are othersanakysis proceedings, the above method is easier to understand and consequently, more usefull. This is the objetive of the present experiment. The method will be illustrated using one experiment analysis which objective was to study the global effect of treatment by the end of the experiment, and the data variation during eight observation stages taken from Sucupira Vermelha (Andira parviflora Ducke), with two different treatments
