Abstract in English
This work is concerned with approximate solution of overdetermined linear systems by using Chebyshev's norm. In the "EXCHANGE" method, proposed by Stiefel (1959), it was assumed that the matrix of the system satisfies Haar condition. Here it is assumed the weaker hypothesis that the matrix has maximum rank. A new algorithm that uses SIMPLEX strategy with some modifications is developped.
