Algunos modelos epidemiológicos en grafos completos y redes complejas

Redes complexas

Abstract in English
Complex networks are present in many areas of knowledge and help us to model systems with many interacting agents to investigate, for example, the epidemiological phenomena. In this work, we analyze classic epidemiological models, such as the susceptible - infected removed model, known simply as the SIR model, and the susceptible - infected - susceptible model, or SIS, and we review these models dened on complete graphs. We also dened and studied the SIS model on a scale-free network, studying the epidemiological threshold and stability analysis in the heterogeneous mean eld (HMF) and quenched mean eld models (QMF). An important point of this work is the proposal of modications in the HMF and QMF models where the contact of the infected vertices are weakened
