Devido à imprevisibilidade e das constantes demandas por adaptações presentes no jogo de handebol, se faz necessário um modelo de ensino que contemple tais situações, permitindo ao praticante o seu desenvolvimento. Para tanto, este estudo propôs uma intervenção e avaliação no handebol junto a categoria sub 11 no contexto extracurricular. A fim de obter subsídios para a elaboração das aulas foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de texto que abordassem o TGfU em esportes de invasão. Foi identificado um aumento no número de estudos nessa temática nos últimos anos, bem como as modalidades, as características das aulas e a formação dos professores. Foi possível constatar que essa é uma tendência crescente no cenário mundial, porém que carece de estudos no cenário nacional, bem como mundialmente faltam estudos dentro dessa faixa etária que contemplem o handebol. Partindo das características obtidas pela revisão, 14 Unidades Didáticas (UD) foram elaboradas, validadas por um especialista e ministradas por um professor capacitado. Para checagem e avaliação, as aulas e jogos foram filmados, assim, foi possível utilizarmos o SIATE e o GPAI. Foi possível observar melhorias nos índices de tomada de decisão, execução de habilidade e performance, validando o que o TGfU se propõe, assim como quantificando as características do mesmo, por meio dos dados das variáveis pedagógicas e organizacionais obtidas. Recomenda-se a continuidade do método em equipes sub-11, assim como migre para outras modalidades, bem como outras faixas etárias.

Due to the unpredictability and constant demands for adaptations present in the handball game, a teaching model is necessary that addresses such situations, allowing the practitioner to develop. To this end, this study proposed an intervention and evaluation in handball for the under 11 team in the extracurricular context. In order to obtain subsidies for the preparation of classes, a systematic review of texts that addressed TGfU in invasion sports was carried out. An increase in the number of studies on this topic in recent years was identified, as well as the modalities, characteristics of classes and teacher training. It was possible to verify that this is a growing trend on the world stage, but that there is a lack of studies on the national scene, as well as worldwide there is a lack of studies within this age group that include handball. Based on the characteristics obtained by the review, 14 Didactic Units (DU) were created, validated by a specialist and taught by a qualified teacher. For checking and evaluation, the classes and games were filmed, so it was possible to use SIATE and GPAI. It was possible to observe improvements in decision-making rates, skill execution and performance, validating what TGfU proposes, as well as quantifying its characteristics, through data on the pedagogical and organizational variables obtained. It is recommended that the method be continued in under-11 teams, as well as moving to other sports, as well as other age groups.
