No campo esportivo, o treinador é agente fundamental como mediador do aprendizado e desempenho dos praticantes. Suas ações são estruturadas de forma relacional pelo contexto social e por sua bagagem cultural, incorporada na forma de capitais durante sua vida. Investigar como ocorreram os processos de constituição do habitus de treinadores, frente às experiências nos campos esportivo e educacional, torna-se relevante para criar subsídios que sustentem reflexões sobre futuros processos educacionais a estes agentes sociais. O objetivo desta foi compreender como aconteceu o processo de aprendizagem dos treinadores campeões da Liga Nacional de Futsal, a partir das perspectivas dos próprios agentes. Sendo assim, analisou-se como consistiram os contextos de aprendizagem e como os treinadores relatam ter incorporado conhecimento que possibilitaram que eles se inserissem no ambiente esportivo. Através de entrevistas semiestruturadas e da utilização da análise temática para análise dos dados foi construído o mapa temático que representa como tais trajetórias ocorreram. A contextualização, discussão e reflexão basearam-se na sociologia relacional de Pierre Bourdieu e na Teoria da Aprendizagem Cultural, proposta por Phil Hodkinson e colaboradores. Como principais resultados têm-se: (a) as trajetórias dos treinadores foram iniciadas em suas infâncias, através da inserção deles em contextos relacionados à prática do futsal; (b) mostraram uma vivência em ambientes com diferentes culturas em que as oportunidades de imersão no contexto da prática do futsal se deram por diferentes profissionais e espaços sociais; (c) os capitais acumulados pelos treinadores parecem ter sido incorporados através da convivência com diferentes agentes sociais, devido a certo capital social e o exercício na posição de treinador; (d) a relação dialética entre o espaço em que estavam inseridos e suas percepções individuais contribuíram para a construção de saberes relacionados à posição de treinador e a produção de seus próprios habitus. Como conclusão, os resultados desta pesquisa orientam que processos de educação e desenvolvimento de treinadores estruturem-se pela oferta de modos variados de acumulação de capitais, pautados entre vivências práticas, teóricas e trocas de experiências. Sugere-se a criação de programas de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem centrados no compartilhamento de saberes entre os pares, de modo que possibilite a vivência no campo de atuação. Buscou-se conceder subsídios teóricos que cooperem para a evolução de programas de desenvolvimento e capacitação destes profissionais, promovendo um desenvolvimento do subcampo esportivo do futsal, especificamente na aprendizagem de treinadores no contexto brasileiro, por meio de reflexões sobre os mecanismos de aprendizagem, sobre o sistema de reprodução e de distribuição de capitais existente neste espaço social.

In the sports field, the coach is a fundamental agent as a mediator of the practitioners' learning and performance. Its actions are structured in a relational way by the social context and by it's cultural background, incorporated in the form of capitals during its life. Investigating how the processes of constituting the coaches' habit occurred, in the face of experiences in the sports and educational fields, becomes relevant to create subsidies that support reflections on future educational processes for these social agents. The objective of this was to understand how the learning process of the champion coaches of the National Futsal League happened, from the perspective of the agents themselves. Thus, it was analyzed how the learning contexts consisted and how the coaches report having incorporated knowledge that allowed them to be inserted in the sports environment. Through semistructured interviews and the use of thematic analysis for data analysis, the thematic map that represents how such trajectories occurred was constructed. The contextualization, discussion and reflection were based on Pierre Bourdieu's relational sociology and on the Theory of Cultural Learning, proposed by Phil Hodkinson and collaborators. The main results are: (a) the trajectories of the coaches were initiated in their childhoods, through their insertion in contexts related to futsal practice; (b) showed an experience in environments with different cultures in which the opportunities for immersion in the context of futsal practice were given by different professionals and social spaces; (c) the capital accumulated by the coaches seems to have been incorporated through living with different social agents, due to a certain social capital and the exercise in the position of coach; (d) the dialectical relationship between the space in which they were inserted and their individual perceptions contributed to the construction of knowledge related to the position of coach and the production of their own habitus. In conclusion, the results of this research guide that the processes of education and development of coaches should be structured by offering different ways of accumulating capital, based on practical, theoretical experiences and exchange of experiences. It is suggested the creation of development and learning programs centered on the sharing of knowledge between peers, in order to enable the experience in the field of action. We sought to provide theoretical subsidies that cooperate for the development of development and training programs for these professionals, promoting the development of the sports subfield of futsal, specifically in the learning of coaches in the Brazilian context, through reflections on the mechanisms of learning, on the reproduction and capital distribution system in this social space.
