Abstract in English
The present work was undertaken to ascertain the comparability of results from different analytical methods with field trials. Five soils were analyzed for their content of P, K, S and Mg. Two soils were of the sandy type and 3 of “terra roxa” type. The amount of the elements was determined using four microbiological methods based on Aspergillus niger growth and nine chemical methods based on chemical extraction of the elements from the soil.
