Abstract in English
Crosses of local maize with the “latente” maize rerported from Mexico were studied. Segreganting populations of the cresses were selected by frost. Seeds of frost selected populations were tested in their tolerance to head. It was tried by the bibliographic revision to show that the wide range pf physiologica effects of “latent” maize could be due to one or two different this cultivar, in relation to tested dent, and flint types respectivelly. Faster production of na anti auxin, like abscisin or similiar substance could explain a great part of the multiple effects exibi ted. by the “latent” maize. (conclusions see thesis)
