Na presente pesquisa estudou-se o desempenho de um evapotranspirógrafo a nível freático constante. O equipamento em questão permitiu o registro diário de evapotranspiração (demanda climática) com bom nível de precisão, sendo seu manuseio operacional bastante simples. Com o referido instrumento, estudou-se a demanda climática de água ao longo do ciclo (18 meses) de cana-planta, variedade NA56-79, nas condições climáticas de Araras-SP (Estação Experimental do IAA-PLANALSUCAR). Concomitantemente, com os dados de evapotranspiração obtidos, determinaram-se valores do coeficiente de cultura (Kc) ao longo do ciclo, em relação aos diferentes métodos de estimativa de evapotranspiração de referência (ETo), de utilização convencional.

In this research, it was studied the performance of a evapotranspirograph at constant phreatic level. The equipment under study allowed the daily record of the evapotranspiration (climatic demand) with a good accuracy level, being its operation fairly easy. With this equipment, it was study the climatic demand of water along the cycle of plant cane (18 months) , variety NA56- 79, under the climatic conditions of Araras-SP (IAA/PLANALSUCAR Experiment Station). Concomitantly, with the evapotranspiration data achieved, it was determined the values of the coefficient of culture (Kc) along the cycle, in relation to the diferente methods of reference evapotranspiration estimation (ETo), of conventional utilization.
