Abstract in English
This work treats. to obtain an equilibrated culture medium to give high sporulation of the imperfect stage of Microcylus ulei (P. Henn.) v. Arx, Fusicladium macroposrum Kuyper. After the e laboration of a basal syntetic medium, it was determined the best source of carbon, the best source of nitrogen, the best C/N relationship . and the influence of the minimum nutritional requirements as vitamins and aminoacids. Temperatures, brightness and incubation time was studied too. With the studies in order to get high sporulation of M. ulei, have been seen the utilization of galactose and soytone, in a sintetic basal medium, as sources of carbon and nitrogen, respectively, both at 10,5 2 g/l , with a relationship C/N of 1:1 and incubated at 23°C under alternated periods of light each 24 hours during 90 minutes, at the final stage of development of the culture, were the conditions that showed the best results.
