Este estudo teve por objetivo verificar as mudanças ocorridas sobre os componentes da parede celular e a digestibiIidade in vitro no bagaço hidrolisado ao longo de 128 dias de conservação sob três diferentes métodos: silo de PVC, monte compactado e monte sem compactar. Observaram-se mudanças significativas (P ≤ 0.01) ao longo do período de conservação em todas as variáveis, celulose (4,5%), lignina (9,2%), FDN (4,8%), FDA (5.3%); porém sendo elas quantitativamente mínimas e iniciando-se a partir do 3º período. A digestibilidade in vitro da matéria seca (DIVMS) teve uma variação de somente 2.3% ao longo do período. Concluiu-se que o bagaço de cana hidrolisado após 128 dias de conservação, sofreu pequenas mudanças, podendo ser usado sem inconvenientes na composição de rações para ruminantes.

Effect of conservation process on cellular wall components and in vitro digestibility of hydrolyzed sugar cane bagasse
Abstract in English
The objective of this research was to find out the changes that occur in the cellular wall components on in vitro digestibility of hydrolyzed bagasse during the conservation for 128 days using three differents methods: PVC silo, compacted pile and non compacted pile. Significant changes were observed (P ≤ 0.01) during the conservation period in all variables; cellulose (4,5%), lignin (9,2%), FDN (4,8%), FDA (5,3%); however their were quantitatively minimal, beginning on 3º period. The dry matter in vitro digestibility (DIVMS) showed a variation of 2,3% during this period. It, was concluded that hydrolyzed sugar cane bagasse after 128 days of conservation, nearly did not change, and it might be used without any inconvenience in ration composition for ruminants.
