Abstract in English
The purposes of the present research was: 1) Check the presence of different levels of B, K, Ca and line on the dry matter production; 2) Effect of the various levels of B, K, Ca and lime on the concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and B of the stem and leaves of the legume. The first experiment was carried out on culture solution, testing 3 levels of B (0.0, 0.5 and 2.5 ppm); 3 levels of Ca (0.0, 200.0 and 600.0 ppm) and 3 levels of K (0.0, 234.0 and 702.0 ppm) added the normal solution. The second experiment was carried outa soil classified as Areia Quartzosa (Entisol) of the soil serie Paredão Vermelho. Three levels of B were added to the soil, 0.0, 0.5 and 1.0 pprn with ((41 ,5ppm) and without. On additional treatment was tested with lime (pH 6,5) and without. The main conc1usions: 1. Increasing dry matter production was obtained by increasing the levels of nutrients in the culture so1ution. 2. The addition of K to the nutrient solution, increased the concentration of N and P in the stem and leve1s of the plant; as well the concentration of K. 3. The addition of Ca or B decreased the concentration in N and K. 4. An increase in the Ca concentration in the leaves and stems was observed, with Ca added to the nutrient solution; the sarne was observed for P. 5. The addition of lime to the soil decresead the K concentration in the stems and leaves, but increased the Ca concentration in the tissues. 6. Interferences of the application of lime versus B, Ca versus B, K versus B; reflected on the concentrations of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the plant tissues. 7. The mutual effects of the Ca (lime), K and B applied to the soi1 were defined by tissue analysis for N and B of the plants.
