Abstract in Portuguese
O estudo foi conduzido a fim de comparar dois sistemas de pagamento de cana-de-açúcar baseados no teor de sacarose; um obtido através da média pelo sistema de pagamento de cana pelo teor de sacarose atualmente utilizado nas usinas de açúcar, e o outro, proposto neste trabalho, obtido pela média ponderada calculada. O primeiro deles foi introduzido para substituir o antigo, que remunerava a cana apenas pelo peso. Com o novo sistema muitas técnicas foram introduzidas para avaliar os parâmetros analíticos e tecnológicos como brix, pol, pureza por cento do caldo, o peso do bolo úmido, a fibra e a pol por cento cana. O sistema descrito foi comparado com o desenvolvido neste trabalho, onde amostras compostas de cana, obtidas de diferentes pontos do caminhão e amostras simples pesadas foram correlacionadas utilizando-se parâmetros tecnológicos que caracterizam o teor de sacarose como mencionado. Comparando os dois sistemas estudados, conclui-se que ambos são equivalentes para avaliar o sistema de pagamento de cana-de-açúcar baseado no teor de sacarose

This study was carried out in order to compare two sugar cane payment systems based on sucrose content, one obtained by arithmetic mean actually used in sugar mills, and the other, proposed in this work, obtained by weighted mean. The system described was compared with the one proposed in this work where samples of sugar cane were obtained from different points of the truck and the singular sample weights were correlated with the parameters that characterize the sucrose content. Comparing the two systems studied, the results showed that the both are equivalents to evaluate the sugar cane payment based on sucrose content
