Este trabalho buscou contribuir teoricamente para o tema, com uma pesquisa bibliográfica dos estudos sobre clima organizacional nos EUA e no Brasil, seus instrumentos e as dimensões utilizadas para mensuração; investigou também as diferenças e semelhanças entre este conceito e os conceitos de cultura organizacional e satisfação no trabalho. Nesta pesquisa, foram identificados, também, os autores e os estudos mais citados nos EUA e Brasil. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, utilizando pesquisa bibliográfica.

This paper tried to contribute to the theme in terms of theory, with a bibliography research of organizational climate studies in the U. S. A. and in Brazil, its measures and dimensions, and also investigated the differences and similarities between this concept and organizational culture and job satisfaction concepts. In this research, the authors and studies most cited in the U. S. A. and Brazil were also identified. This is an exploratory study, using bibliography research.
