Esta pesquisa busca discutir o conceito de paisagem como identidade estética de um lugar, definido por Paolo D'Angelo, para ser interpretado e pensado pelas questões teóricas a partir dos princípios e métodos colocados por Cesare Brandi. O trabalho foi encaminhado pelo conceito proposto por Paolo D'Angelo, por meio do qual busca demonstrar que a paisagem é uma experiência estética e é identificada pelos dados materiais construídos pelo homem no espaço da natureza. Para tanto, acredita-se que para reconhecê-la é preciso de uma teoria no campo das artes que possa dar suporte à discussão. Desta forma, por ser histórica e estar em constante transformação, acredita-se que sua proteção depende de um projeto. Assim, buscamos evidenciar esses pontos na Teoria de Cesare Brandi, que foi construída no campo da estética, para reconhecer as obras de arte, entre elas, a paisagem, pelo seu valor estético, histórico e como um bem cultural, e, desta forma, poder ser analisada pela sua Teoria da Restauração.

This research seeks to discuss the concept of landscape as the aesthetic identity of a place defined by Paolo D'Angelo, to be interpreted and thought of by theoretical questions based on the principles and methods proposed by Cesare Brandi. The work was guided by the concept proposed by Paolo D'Angelo, through which it seeks to demonstrate that the landscape is an aesthetic experience and is identified by the material data constructed by man in the space of nature. Therefore, he believes a theory in the field of the arts is needed to support the discussion. Moreover, in this way, because it is historical and in constant transformation, he believes that its protection depends on a project. Thus, we seek to highlight these points in Cesare Brandi's Theory, which was built in the field of aesthetics to recognize works of art, among them, the landscape, for its aesthetic, historical value and as a cultural asset, and in this way; it can be analyzed by his Theory of Restoration.
