Essa pesquisa aborda a obra do arquiteto catalão Enric Miralles. Busca compreender como a fragmentação da representação do projeto arquitetônico se estabelece como uma ferramenta projetual capaz de influir no pertencimento do projeto em sua paisagem natural e cultural envolvente. Parte então para leitura da paisagem que envolve duas obras do arquiteto, o Cemitério de Igualada (1985-1991), obra que corresponde ao início de sua carreira profissional, e o Parlamento Escocês (1998-2004), uma de suas últimas obras. E busca então na leitura do conjunto de fragmentos de cada projeto, elencar as características que são atribuídas ao projeto através da utilização dessa ferramenta projetual.

This research addresses the work of the Catalan architect Enric Miralles. Seeking to understand how the fragmentation of the project representation establishes itself as a design tool capable of influencing the project's belonging in its natural and cultural landscape. Then proceeds to read the landscape that surrounds two works by the architect, the Igualada Cemetery (1985-1991), a work that corresponds to the beginning of his professional career, and the Scottish Parliament (1998-2004), one of his last works. And then, in reading the set of fragments of each project, it seeks to list the characteristics that are attributed to the project through the use of this design tool.
