São escassas as ferramentas gerenciais para organizar as atividades de um centro de pesquisa clínica (CPC). Este estudo desenvolveu e validou um sistema on-line de gerenciamento para CPC. Foi realizada uma validação interna das funcionalidades e validação externa por seis especialistas por meio de validação de conteúdo de um questionário eletrônico elaborado para análise do uso do sistema. O questionário validado foi aplicado ao grupo de usuários - controle (C) n=14 e ao grupo de potenciais usuários - teste (T) n=14. Não houve diferença significativa entre os grupos nos domínios eficácia (p=0,88), eficiência (p=0,39), satisfação (p=0,88), isenção de riscos (p=0,55), cobertura de contexto (p=0,87). Ambos os grupos indicaram excelência no Cálculo Net Promoter Score NPS, 100 entre usuários e a 86 entre potenciais usuários. Como benefícios, a contribuição para o atendimento das exigências de boas práticas clínicas (BPC), controle financeiro, controle de qualidade e eficiência na gestão do protocolo. O sistema foi validado por especialistas e usuários quanto ao conteúdo e usabilidade durante a validação interna e externa com a operação das funcionalidades referente ao ciclo de vida do protocolo no CPC, alinhamento as BPC e satisfação de usuários e potenciais usuários.

The management tools to organize activities of a clinical research centers (CRC) are few. This study developed and validated an on-line system of CRC management. It was performed an intern validation of it's functionalities and an external validation by six specialists through content validation of an electronic questionnaire prepared to analyze the system's use. The validated questionnaire was applied to the user's group - control (C) n=14 and to the potential user's group - test (T) n=14. There was no significant difference between the groups in the efficacy domain (p=0,88), efficiency (p=0,39), satisfaction (p=0,88), risk isention (p=0,55) and text covering (p=0,87). Both groups indicated excellency on Net Promoter Score NPS, 100 by users and 86 by potential users. As benefits, the contribution to attend the demands of good clinical practice (GCP), financial control, quality control and protocol's administration efficiency. The system was validated by specialists and users, regarding it's content and usability during intern and external validation with the functionalities operation referring to the life cycle of the protocol at CRC, alignment of GCP and the satisfaction of users and potential users.
