torneamento de ultraprecisão

Abstract in English
The ultraprecision single point diamond tuming process- have been research to replace conventional processes such as lapping and polishing in the development of optical components. The quality of this components is strongly dependent on the diamond tool tip radius and integrity of tíhe cutting edge. With the objectify of monitoring for optical quality parts, relationship between light scattering and surface roughness have been studied. The behavior of light scattering in aluminum surfaces have been analyzed through optoeletronic system (using CCD sensor and laser) and compared with surface roughnesses obtained by mechanical perfilometer
