Este trabalho tem o objetivo de estabelecer uma relação entre organização formal de desenvolvimento de produtos e desempenhos competitivos. Assim, apresenta-se uma proposta de um modelo organizacional que estabelece uma adequação mútua e visão única entre desempenhos competitivos, fatores situacionais, processo de desenvolvimento de produtos, equipes de desenvolvimento de produtos e estrutura organizacional. Esta visão única é denominada de "Composto Organizacional". Três estudos de casos foram desenvolvidos com a utilização do modelo teórico

This work has the objective to get relationship between formal organization and competitiva performance. A proposal of a organization model is presented and it establish a mutual adequation (unique view) between competitiva performance, situational factors, product development process, product development teams and organization structure. The concept of "Organization Composite" is the unique view that has been described. Three cases study were developed on manufacturing enterprise.
