Atualmente, a preocupação com o aumento da competitividade tem feito as empresas optarem pela qualidade como fator estratégico. A empresa se mantém competitiva pela exploração da dimensão qualidade, através de mudanças organizacionais, respeitando a cultura local e investindo na educação e treinamento de seu pessoal. O comprometimento das pessoas é fundamental para garantir a implementação e manutenção da qualidade. Dessa forma, a área de Recursos Humanos da empresa se torna estratégica também, visto que é ela a encarregada pelo pessoal. Procura-se, então, obter uma análise da Gestão da Qualidade e da Gestão de Recursos Humanos de uma empresa de grande porte, sevidno de base para futuras análises de outras empresas. Abordam-se, para isso, aspectos relativos à cultura organizacional, motivação, treinamento e educação, trabalho em equipe e qualidade de vida

Nowadays, the concern about the increase of competitiveness has made companies opt for quality as a strategic factor. A company is competitive through the exploration of quality dimension, organizational changes, and the respect for the local culture and investment in education and its personnel trainning. The involvment of people is fundamental to guarantee the implementation and maintenance of quality. Is this way, the area of human resources of a company becomes also strategic, since it is responsible for the personnel: Thus an analysis of the Quality Management and the Management of human resources of a great company is searched, serving as a base for future analyses of companies. Consequently, aspects concerning organizational culture, motivation, training and education, group work and life quality are approached.
