Abstract in English
The increasing competition in the globalized world has led companies to invest in new control and management systems in order to survive in their markets. Among the new models of manufacturing management, it is important to highlight the Enterprise Resource Planning- ERP- systems. As a consequence of the importance of organizational and human resource aspects of implementation of these systems, they need to be studied. This work aims at identifying the proper organizational and human resource contexts for the implementation of ERP systems by studying the evolutionary stages of companies and their functional areas, in particular, the production planning and control- PCP- and human resource ones. The theoretical study is complemented by and confronted with a case study which investigate the entrepreneurial practices of two large manufacturing companies
