Processo criativo

Abstract in English
Based on the authors professional experience in comparison with the testimony of ten other female Brazilian production designers about their processes, this dissertation investigates how the color palette operates in the formation of the chromatic characteristics presented on the set, in relation with other material contingencies which, in turn, also alter this chromatic aspect. Taking into account fundamental issues of the production design métier, it questions how the colors of a film emerge from its creative process, focusing on the production designers point of view on this process. English anthropologist Tim Ingolds thoughts support the questions about the role of materials and technicians in the growth process of film form.
