Sistemas de controle

Abstract in English
The traditional farming system is dependent on the natural physical environment, besides that it is a huge consumer of natural resources such as land and water. This, together with the accelerated population growth, brings the need to seek alternatives to produce vegetables for the great demand for food globally. A hydroponic system not only helps to increase production, it also improves the quality of crops. Because this agricultural method allows to control the environment to obtain specific results for each vegetable, this is achieved by monitoring the nutrient solution that is supplied to the vegetables, the temperature and humidity of the air and the adjustment of the quality and quantity of light that reaches each cultivation. So the following research project is aimed at developing a nutrient solution quality control system for a small home farm.
