O presente trabalho descreve o desenvolvimento de um projeto para auxílio no ensino de robôs manipuladores em nível superior utilizando uma plataforma PC com sistema de segurança e software de tempo real. O sistema permite aos alunos testar soluções já existentes e configurar suas próprias alternativas para simulação e controle de um robô manipulador real com até seis graus de liberdade.
