O número de sistemas fotovoltaicos já ultrapassou a marca de três milhões de unidades no Brasil. As previsões e o cenário internacional nos levam a acreditar que esse crescimento continuará nos próximos anos. O número de processos envolvendo problemas com instalações elétricas de sistemas fotovoltaicos também tende a crescer, exigindo um número maior de peritos, para produção de prova lícita e especializada conforme a legislação vigente, garantindo a celeridade processual. Para tanto, este trabalho apresenta um amplo repertório para a atuação do engenheiro eletricista em perícias de instalações elétricas fotovoltaicas. É feita uma descrição do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro desde sua lei mais importante, a Constituição Federal, passando pelo Código Civil e pelo Código de Processo Civil. Aborda o profissional apto para a realização da perícia, o engenheiro, destacando seu histórico de contribuições para o desenvolvimento do país, suas responsabilidades legais e todo o conhecimento técnico necessário para a condução de uma perícia. A tecnologia de energia solar fotovoltaica é tratada em seus aspectos principais, e grande parte das normas relacionadas é citada e indicada para cada tipo de situação. Por fim, foram elaborados fluxogramas e diagramas que exemplificam todo o processo, oferecendo uma contribuição aos profissionais que desejarem seguir esse caminho. Devido à dificuldade de acesso foram levantados poucos dados de processos reais, dos quais foram extraídos quesitos formulados por juízes, com o objetivo de propor uma categorização e, em seguida, uma sugestão de atuação para cada categoria, com base na aplicação de uma ou mais formas de perícia previstas no Código de Processo Civil brasileiro: a vistoria, o exame e a avaliação.

The number of photovoltaic systems has already surpassed the mark of three million units in Brazil. Forecasts and the international scenario lead us to believe that this growth will continue in the coming years. The number of legal proceedings involving issues with the electrical installations of photovoltaic systems also tends to increase, requiring a greater number of experts to produce lawful, specialized evidence in accordance with current legislation, thus ensuring procedural swiftness. Therefore, this work presents a broad repertoire for the role of electrical engineers in the forensic analysis of photovoltaic electrical installations. It provides a description of the Brazilian legal framework, starting with its most important law, the Federal Constitution, followed by the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure. It addresses the professional qualified to carry out the forensic analysis, the engineer, highlighting their historical contributions to the development of the country, their legal responsibilities, and all the technical knowledge required for conducting such analyses. The photovoltaic solar energy technology is discussed in its main aspects, and a significant portion of the related standards is cited and recommended for each type of situation. Finally, flowcharts and diagrams were developed to exemplify the entire process, offering a contribution to professionals interested in pursuing this path. Due to the difficulty in accessing procedural data, few cases were analyzed, from which real questions formulated by judges were extracted. The objective was to propose a categorization and, subsequently, suggest an approach for each category based on the application of one or more forms of forensic analysis provided for in the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure: inspection, examination, and assessment.
