Este trabalho tem a pretensão de contribuir para estudos e pesquisas sobre buchas e isoladores para bancos de capacitores de potência. Aspectos relativos ao desempenho dielétrico destes componentes são avaliados utilizando-se modelos computacionais baseados no Método dos Elementos Finitos. Os cenários de avaliação incluem a seleção de buchas para unidades capacitivas de alta tensão e de isoladores para aplicação em bancos de capacitores de potência. Algoritmos de aprendizagem de máquina são usados em problemas multivariáveis e, assim, um problema inverso é estabelecido. Como resultado, através de diversos casos análogos a aplicações reais, analisa-se criticamente opções de projeto e suas consequências.

Abstract in English
The present work aims to contribute to research works about bushings and insulators used in power capacitor banks. Topics related to the dielectric performance of bushings and insulators are evaluated by means of numerical studies based on the Finite Elements Method. Evaluation cases comprise selection of bushings applicable to high-voltage capacitor units and selection of insulators applicable to power capacitor banks. Machine Learning algorithms are used for multivariate analyses, and then an inverse problem is defined. As a result, by means of several cases having real application correspondence, design choices and their consequences are analyzed.
