O estudo em questão visa apresentar e avaliar a gestão de projetos e os diversos agentes envolvidos na cadeia produtiva da construção industrializada a seco, tendo como principal foco os sistemas de fachadas leves estruturadas em Light Steel Framing, bem como mostrar a relação entre esses agentes e as dificuldades enfrentadas no gerenciamento do projeto e na comparação com os métodos chamados convencionais. A questão que se busca esclarecer é, devido à natureza diversa dos sistemas apresentados em relação aos sistemas ditos convencionais, em que a tecnologia e os agentes envolvidos são conhecidos no setor, quais são as dificuldades e características de um sistema novo que implica não somente em uma mudança cultural construtiva, como também a formação de uma nova cadeia englobando novos agentes, elos e sistemas. O estudo apresenta as dificuldades no que diz respeito a como considerar as diversas variáveis e diferenças entre o método industrializado apresentado neste trabalho e o método de alvenaria de vedação tradicional, utilizado atualmente nas edificações verticais de modo a se identificar e relacionar os agentes envolvidos. Dessa maneira, para este determinado estudo optou-se pelas metodologias de revisão bibliográfica aliada à coletânea de informações obtidas e compiladas ao longo de dez anos de reuniões técnicas e institucionais envolvendo os principais elos da cadeia produtiva e, finalmente, a apresentação de pesquisa realizada em toda a cadeia produtiva, associada à avaliação de estudo de obras que venham a corroborar com as informações previamente obtidas, permitindo a análise da questão em uma situação prática.

The study aims to present and evaluate the design management and the various agents involved in the production chain of the dry industrialized construction with the main focus of Light Steel Framing façade systems, as well as to show the relationship between these agents and the difficulties faced in the management from the project. The issue that is sought to clarify is due to the diverse nature of the systems presented in relation to the so-called conventional systems, where the technology and agents involved are well known in the industry, what are the difficulties and characteristics of project management of a new system that implies not only in a constructive cultural change, but also in the formation of a new chain encompassing new agents, links and systems. The study presents the difficulties regarding how to consider the variables and differences between the industrialized method presented in this work and the so-called traditional method currently used in vertical buildings in order to identify and relate the agents involved and how to manage the project design. So, for this study we opted for the methodologies of bibliographical review allied to the collection of information obtained and compiled over ten years of technical and institutional meetings involving the main links of the productive chain and, finally, the presentation of case studies that will corroborate with the information previously obtained, allowing the analysis of the issue in a practical situation.
