O presente estudo discute o processo de formação de vínculo em uma equipe masculina de voleibol. Baseado no uso de três instrumentos - o teste sociométrico e os desenhos da figura humana e do grupo - buscou-se entender se a formação de vínculo no grupo é uma prática ou uma saída discursiva para manter a equipe unida. Diferentemente de outros grupos, a dinâmica do esporte impõe um outro movimento na formação e vida das equipes esportivas que são formadas para durar uma temporada que varia conforme a modalidade ou o campeonato. No esporte coletivo, a convivência e o estreitamento de relações são condições compulsórias que afetam a vida de todos os membros, tanto no que diz respeito a sua vida pessoal quanto profissional. Os resultados do estudo sugerem que a dinâmica deste grupo aponta para uma coexistência no nível de relação que permanece na condição de ilusão grupal, faltando uma identificação maior com a tarefa para que pudesse se configurar enquanto vínculo

The present study discusses the process of entail formation in a masculine volleyball team. It was sought to understand if he the entail formation in the group is a practice or a discursive strategy to maintain the team united using three instruments - the sociometric test and the drawings of the human figure and of the group. Differently from other groups the sport dynamics imposes another movement in the formation and life of the sport teams that are formed to last a season that varies according to the modality or the championship. In the team sport the companionship and the narrowing of relationships are compulsory conditions that affect the life of all its members both in their personnel and professional aspects. The results of the study suggest that the dynamics of the group points to a coexistence in the relationship level that remains in the condition of group ilusion, lacking a greater identification with the task so that it could be configured as an entail
