Neste trabalho estudamos o artigo [8] de n korevaar, r kusner e b solomon, onde se prova que todo fim e de uma superficie 'SIGMA POT.2'CONTIDO'R POT.3', completa, propriamente mergulhada, de tipo topologico finito e curvatura media 'H IND.SIGMA' constante e'DIFERENTE'0 e assintoticamente uma superficie de delaunay d, para a qual converge exponencialmente (teorema 5.18 de [8]). Prova-se tambem (teorema 2.10) que se 'SIGMA' tem dois fins, entao 'SIGMA'EQUIVALENTE'd e se 'SIGMA' esta contida em um cilindro solido, entao 'SIGMA' e uma esfera ou uma superficie de delaunay. Os dois grandes resultados que possibilitaram esse trabalho sao o teorema de w meeks iii da limitacao cilindrica (teorema 1.10, ver tambem [10]) e a tecnica de reflexao de aleksandrov. No 'PARAGRAFO'3 de [8] deduz-se uma formula do fluxo que permite associar um peso (vetorial) a cada fim ([8], definicao 3.8) e mostrar, no 'PARAGRAFO'4, que a curvatura /a/ de 'SIGMA' e uniformemente limitada (teorema 4.6). No 'PARAGRAFO'5 as tecnicas de equacoes diferenciais eliticas e um estudo de campos de jacobi permitem chegar ao teorema principal
