Neste trabalho estudamos uma sub-classe de modelos com erros nas variáveis, frequentemente usados para comparar instrumentos ou métodos de medição. Este problema é conhecido na literatura estatística como clibração comparativa. Discutimos os modelos estrutural e funcional normais, com algumas extensões e os modelos estruturais t-elíptico e elíptico. Usamos algoritmo EM para obter os estimadoresde máxima verossimilhança. Para cada model, obtemos também a matrizde covariãncia assintótica destes estimadores. Testes assintóticos são propostos usando principalmente a estatística de Wald. Apresentamos alguns estudos de simulação e ilustramos a metodologia proposta com vários conjuntos de dados apresentados na literatura.
