Abstract in English
In Reliability Theory, many problems are solved in more simply form when we assume that all random variables involved have exponential law. But the random variables used in this theory like times of faultless operations, repair time and so on,can have completely different distributions. In this cases we use methods from another disciplines like Queueing theory and Renewal theory which permit the solution of problems when part or all distributions are arbitraries. Another form ofsolution is to search for approximate formulas in the proofs of limit theorems. In this work, we follow this idea
