Abstract in English
In longitudinal studies is often the occurrence of missing observations. One way to handle incomplete data is the imputation, which consists of predicting the missing observations to complete the data set which will be later analised. In this work, the imputation is obtained using the polynomial growth curves models under assumption of normality of effects and random errors, independence of erros and same covariance matrix for individual effects. The imputation method is the best linear unbiased predictor (BLUP), that depends on estimation of the covariance matrix, for which some methods are considered. The imputation technique is applied to some sets of real data and the results are compared with others works from the literature
