O presente trabalho relata o estudo das plantas Xylopia emarginata Mart. (Campo Grande, MS) e Xylopia brasiliensis Spreng. (São Paulo, SP) da família Annonaceae, visando o isolamento e a identificação ou elucidação estrutural de seus metabólitos secundários majoritários. Os extratos obtidos com solventes orgânicos de diferentes polaridades da planta Xylopia emarginata forneceram: cinco sesquiterpenos (trans-1(10)epóxi-4(15)-cariofileno, espatulenol, alismol, 1β,6α-diidróxi-4(15)-eudesmano e 4α-hidróxi-1,15-peróxi-eudesmano), quatro diterpenos (ácido (+) caur-16-eno-19-óico, ácido 15-oxo-caur-16-eno-19-óico, derivado diidropirazolina do ácido 15-oxo-caur-16-eno-19-óico, ácido 16α, 17-diidroxi-caurenóico ), três esteroides (sitosterol, estigmasterol, sitosterol 3-O-galactopiranosídeo) , dois flavonoides ( quercetina 3-O-arabinofuranosídeo e quercetina 3-O-ramnose ), um alcaloide (anonaína) e dois adutos diterpênicos inéditos. Da planta Xylopia brasiliensis foram isolados sete sequiterpenos (espatulenol, alismol, 1β,6α.-diidróxi-4(15)eudesmeno, 4β, 10α-aromadendranodiol, 4α, 10β-aromadendranodiol, 4α, 10β-aloaromadendrano e 4α, 10α, 15-aromadendranotriol), um alcalóide (O-metilmoscatolina), um nor-diterpeno (ruilopeziol), dois diterpenos (ácido caur-16-eno-19-óico, ácido 16α, 17-diidroxi-caurenóico) e três esteróides ( sitosterol, estigmasterol, sitosterol 3-O-galactopiranosídeo). As substâncias foram identificadas com base na análise de dados espectrométricos de· IV, EM e RMN de 1H e de 13C.

This work reports the study of the plants Xylopia emarginata Mart. (Campo Grande, MS) and Xylopia brasiliensis Spreng. (São Paulo, SP) from Annonaceae family, with the geai of the isolating and identificating or structural elucidation of its major secondary metabolites. From different polarity extracts of organic solvents, were isolated from Xylopia emarginata five sesquiterpenoids (trans-1(10)-epoxi-4(15)-cariofilene, spatulenol, alismol, 1β, 6α.-dihydroxy-4(15)-eudesmane and 4β-hydroxy-1,15-peroxy-eudesmane) four diterpenes (caur-16-ene-19-oic-acid, 15-oxy-caur-16-ene-19-oic acid, the dihydro pirazoline detivative of 15-oxy-caur-16-ene-19-oic acid and the 16-α-17dihydroxycaurenoic acid), three steroids (sitosterol, stigmasterol and sitosterol-3-O-galactopyranoside ), two flavonoids (3-O-arabnofuranoside-quercitine and 3-O-rhamnose-quercitine), one alkaloid (anonaine) and two diterpene aducts. From Xylopia brasiliensis, were isolated seven sesquiterpenes (espatulenol, alismol, 1β, 6α-dihydroxy-4(15)-eudesmane, 4β, 10α-aromadendranediol, 4α, 10β-aromadendranediol, 4α, 10β-alloaromadendrane and 4α, 10β-aromadendranetriol), one alkaloid (O-methylmoscatoline), one nor-diterpene (ruilopeziol), two diterpenes (caur-16-ene-19-oic acid and 16α, 17-dihydroxicaurenoic acid) and three steroids (sitosterol, stigmasterol and stigmasterol and sitosterol-3-O-galctopyranoside). The compounds were identified by analisys of of IR, MS and 1H and 13C NMR spectrometric data.
