A proposta de pesquisa aqui referida aborda o projeto Clínica do Cuidado, iniciativa de atenção à saúde mental da população ribeirinha afetada pela construção da hidrelétrica de Belo Monte no rio Xingu, região de Altamira, no Pará. A pesquisa divide-se em três vertentes: i) análise da experiência Clínica do Cuidado em Altamira; ii) conceituações sobre a escrita dos casos clínicos e iii) apreciações sobre o texto, a escuta e a escrita dos casos da Clínica do Cuidado. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é relatar a experiência Clínica do Cuidado de maneira que esta tenha função de testemunho e possa inspirar outros trabalhos análogos de intervenções locais. E, a partir do material escolhido, propiciar a discussão sobre a escrita do caso clínico como instrumento legítimo de transmissão dessa experiência, na medida em que essa escrita poderá atestar os efeitos analíticos ocorridos nos atendimentos. Os objetivos específicos são: a) relatar a experiência para que esta possa ser replicável e reconhecível enquanto Clínica do Cuidado; b) formar operadores de leitura para essa experiência, ou seja, compor um método de construção do caso clínico, de narrativização de caso e de detecção de processos de transformação; c) produzir, a partir do método engendrado, uma leitura que permita isolar os recursos que essa população teve para gerir seu sofrimento e a transformação deste; d) reafirmar o compromisso ético do psicanalista com a subjetividade e o mal-estar de sua época, estendendo a psicanálise em intensão, tal como preconizou Lacan por ocasião da proposição de sua Escola; e) propiciar a discussão em torno do caso clínico buscando atingir seu elemento de função política, este que possibilitaria ao coletivo reconhecer um sofrimento que não estava sendo escutado em um dado momento histórico. Acredita-se que a experiência da Clínica do Cuidado, bem como o material dela advindo, devem ser analisados à luz do método psicanalítico na tentativa de circunscrever diferenças de escrita do caso clínico e levantar as localizações de uma possível especificidade na escrita de casos em psicanálise em meio à variedade dessa escrita. Acredita-se que serão os casos clínicos que embasarão, que poderão dizer, que transmitirão, ou não, se houve transformações clínicas e, se sim, quais foram e como estas se deram

The research proposal referred here addresses the project called Clínica do Cuidado, a mental health care initiative for the riverside population affected by the construction of the Belo Monte hydroelectric plant on the Xingu River, in the Altamira region, in Pará. The research is divided into three aspects: i) analysis of the Clínica do Cuidado experience in Altamira; ii) conceptualizations about the writing of clinical cases and iii) appraisals about the text, listening and writing of the Clínica do Cuidado cases. The general objective of this research is to report the Clinical Care experience in such a way that it serves as a testimony and can inspire other similar works of local interventions. And, based on the material chosen, encourage discussion about the writing of the clinical case as a legitimate instrument for transmitting this experience, insofar as this writing can attest to the analytical effects that occurred in the consultations. The specific objectives are: a) to report the experience so that it can be replicable and recognizable as a Care Clinic; b) to train reading operators for this experience, that is, compose a method of constructing the clinical case, narrating the case and detecting transformation processes; c) to produce, from the generated method, a reading that allows to isolate the resources that this population had to manage their suffering and its transformation; d) to reaffirm the psychoanalysts ethical commitment to the subjectivity and malaise of his time, extending psychoanalysis in intent, as advocated by Lacan when proposing his School; e) to promote the discussion around the clinical case seeking to reach its element of political function, which would enable the collective to recognize a suffering that was not being heard at a given historical moment. It is believed that the experience of Clínica do Cuidado, as well as the material derived from it, should be analyzed in the light of the psychoanalytic method, to circumscribe differences in the writing of the clinical case, to raise the locations of a possible specificity in the writing of cases in psychoanalysis amid the variety of this writing. It is believed that the clinical cases will be able to say, whether or not, if there were clinical transformations and, if so, what they were and how they occurred. Thus, the following objectives are established: a) to make known how psychoanalysis was able to respond to the suffering caused to a traditional population, the riverside people, by the violence of the State; b) to reaffirm the psychoanalyst's ethical commitment to the subjectivity and malaise of his time, extending psychoanalysis in intent and c) to encourage discussion around the clinical case seeking to achieve its element of political function
