Terapia Comportamental

Abstract in English
This work consists of a systematic review that analyzes behavioral and cognitivebehavioral interventions carried out with postpartum women diagnosed with Postpartum Depression. The Prisma Statement protocol was followed. A systematic literature search was carried out in the Scielo, Pepsic, Embase, PsychInfo and Pubmed databases for articles published in Portuguese and English between January 2013 and May 2022. 42 studies were found that met the established inclusion criteria. These studies were synthesized and the quality of the evidence was assessed using the PeDro, JBI and Newcastle-Ottawa tools. The results point to a predominance of the cognitive-behavioral approach to the detriment of behavior analysis and third wave therapies. Carrying out home and remote services were the most adaptations made for the target audience. No adaptations were found for the risk factors: health issues during pregnancy, teenage pregnancy and marital problems.
