Abstract in English
This work reachs to analyze the vicissitudes that occurs with teenagers interned at the Referency Center of Alcohol, Tobacco, and others Drugs (CRATOD, by the initials in Portuguese), placed in a big urban brazilian center, São Paulo. The abuse of alcohol and others drugs by teenagers is a serious and worrisome social problem, with an immediate impact in public policies, despite this, it is normaly considered by the people as an individual question. The nature of this problem requires research to go beyond the specific sphere of addicted teenager and search its thematic, in a more large way, inside the socioeconomic net and among the diferents spheres that envolve the teenager in a vulnerable situation. Because of its complexity, the problem goes beyond the field of public health, requiring an interdisciplinary view, such as in the investigations of the conditions that contribute to them as in search the possible answers. The research considers the situation of social anomie and violence, way of pertinence of this teenagers in social bond, in a capitalist context. This frame interpretation is departing from the hypothesis these teenagers situation is associated to a process of development of a social layer named by Marx as lumpenproletariat, even more misshapen in contemporany capitalist society. These are the questions that guide us: what is the rol played by theese teenagers, drug users, in capitalist society? What is the treatment direction thought for the teenager compulsorily interned, or necessarily interned, because the use of drugs? How the psycoanalytic listening can contribute? The method that we use to answer it is constituded in the listening the teenagers and the actors that participate in the same institutional trajectory, in order to verify the way that operate and keeps theese teenagers in this social bond. At the same time, the research presents the trajectory of these teenagers in the public services of health and social security revealing the system bankruptcy, whose program is based in a active production of demand to the offer of compulsory hospitalization, disregarding the proposes of territorial monitoring of this teenagers in network. The standard of social bond in the capitalist system estimulate a modality of object relation, fetishized, whose refers to a modality of cynical satisfaction, which happens as much as reject the Other and spare the ideal, generating the unuseful production, the waste, the leftover, the frustration. In this way, the hypothesis that interests us consists to search the drugs comsumption of teenagers compulsory and necessarily interned in CRATOD to verify if this actors fit in lupens category, in which case they should be even more exposed to drugs accession, what belongs to capitalista system, and consequently doomed to an unique offer of treatment in health and public policy, this marked place by race, class and gender
