Relações humanas é um conceito discutido em diferentes áreas. Para Paulo Freire e Humberto Maturana as relações humanas são fundamentais para a formação do sujeito humano. Sendo ação humanizante, relacionar-se é uma necessidade humana. Nesse sentido, o amor torna-se ferramenta que humaniza uns aos outros em relações dialógicas. Se o amor é a emoção indispensável na formação humana, a escola, por ser local privilegiado para a construção de novos saberes, atitudes e habilidades deveria priorizar essa emoção nas relações que surgem entre seus muros. Entretanto, ainda há concepções que entendem as relações humanas e as emoções envolvidas no ato relacional como impeditivos da formação cognitiva das crianças. Os professores em formação inicial saem das universidades sem conhecer nem compreender em profundidade como a dimensão afetiva interfere a sua práxis. Nesse contexto, realizei um círculo de cultura freireano para analisar as concepções que professores formados e em formação inicial têm sobre o papel das relações humanas na formação dos indivíduos humanos e na prática docente a partir de conceitos chave de Paulo Freire e Humberto Maturana. Com os dados coletados e interpretados, entendo que as relações humanas são formativas para a profissão docente. Os professores em formação inicial precisam de contato próximo com o cenário que vão atuar para desenvolver os saberes intrínsecos da profissão, visto que as relações humanas são formativas. Nessa perspectiva, o amor toma papel essencial no estabelecimento das relações humanas com seus educandos e na consequente formação docente.

Human relations is a concept discussed in different areas. For Paulo Freire and Humberto Maturana, human relations are fundamental to the formation of the human subject. Being a humanizing action, relating is a human need. In this sense, love becomes a tool that humanizes each other in dialogical relationships. If love is the indispensable emotion in human formation, the school, being a privileged place for the construction of new knowledge, attitudes and skills should prioritize this emotion in the relations that arise between its walls. However, there are still conceptions that understand the human relations and the emotions involved in the relational act as impediments to the cognitive formation of children. Teachers in initial education leave universities without knowing or understanding in depth how the affective dimension affects their praxis. In this context, I conducted a circle of Freire culture to analyze the conceptions that educated and initial teachers have about the role of human relations in the formation of human individuals and in the teaching practice based on key concepts of Paulo Freire and Humberto Maturana. With the data collected and interpreted, I understand that human relations are formative for the teaching profession. Teachers in initial training need close contact with the scenario that they will act to develop the intrinsic knowledge of the profession, since human relations are formative. In this perspective, love plays an essential role in the establishment of human relations with its students and in the consequent teacher training.
