Introdução: A forma como a sociedade vem evoluindo nas últimas décadas traz consigo um processo de Transformação Digital, de forma globalizada e presente nas mais diferentes áreas ou segmentos. A Transformação Digital promove mudanças na forma das instituições de saúde gerirem seus processos assistenciais e administrativos. Os hospitais estão se tornando ambientes tecnologicamente digitais com a introdução de sistemas eletrônicos de acompanhamento e apoio à prática clínica, dentre os quais o Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente. Objetivos: Identificar quais fatores impactam na prática clínica por meio dos seguintes construtos: utilidade, facilidade de uso, facilidade de aprendizado e satisfação. Métodos: O estudo aqui em questão está fundamentado em uma pesquisa de campo descritiva, sustentada por uma abordagem quantitativa de modo a buscar e conhecer o objetivo proposto. No presente estudo aplica-se o modelo proposto por Lund (2001) o USE Questionnaire composto de 4 construtos e 30 perguntas que foram traduzidas para língua portuguesa e dividido em duas sessões: perfil socioprofissional e questionário de Lund (2001). O público alvo deste estudo foi o conjunto de médicos assistentes, preceptores e residentes, elegíveis ao uso do Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente, nas diferentes áreas assistenciais em quatro institutos e um hospital auxiliar, que compõem o ecossistema do Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo. Discussão: Em relação ao perfil socioprofissional, foi possível identificar uma população plural no que tange a especialidades, idade, tempo de formação, locais de acesso ao sistema e uso diário do mesmo. Em relação ao questionário de Lund, foram identificadas diferentes manifestações por parte dos respondentes em relação às hipóteses propostas neste estudo, mostrando que o sistema, mesmo único, não traz consigo uma única visão por parte dos respondentes em relação às suas funcionalidades. Conclusão: Ressalta-se que as hipóteses propostas neste estudo foram confirmadas. Os resultados encontrados sugerem a necessidade de diálogo e ações entre os profissionais médicos que utilizam diariamente o Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente e as equipes de tecnologia responsáveis pela implantação e manutenção do sistema, visando aprofundar melhorias na relação entre a prática médica e a Tecnologia da Informação em Saúde no escopo do Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo

Introduction: The way society has evolved in recent decades brings with it a process of Digital Transformation, in a globalized way and present in the most different areas or segments. Digital Transformation promotes changes in the way health institutions manage their care and administrative processes. Hospitals are becoming technologically digital environments with the introduction of electronic monitoring and support systems for clinical practice, including the Electronic Patient Record. Objectives: Identify which factors in impact clinical practice through the following constructs: utility, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction. Methods: The study in question here is based on a descriptive field research, supported by a quantitative approach in order to seek and understand the proposed objective. In the present study, the model proposed by Lund (2001) is applied, the USE Questionnaire composed of 4 constructs and 30 questions that were translated into Portuguese and divided into two sessions: socioprofessional profile and Lund's questionnaire (2001). The target audience of this study was the group of assistant physicians, preceptors and residents, eligible for the use of Electronic Patient Record, in the different care areas in four institutes and an auxiliary hospital, which make up the ecosystem of the Clinical Hospital of Faculty of Medicine of University of São Paulo. Discussion: Regarding the socio-professional profile, it was possible to identify a plural population in terms of specialties, age, training time, places of access to the system and daily use of the same. Regarding Lund's questionnaire, different manifestations were identified by the respondents in relation to the hypotheses proposed in this study, allowing the thought that the single system does not bring with it a single view on the part of the respondents in relation to its functionalities. Conclusion: It should be noted that the hypotheses proposed in this study were confirmed. The results found suggest the need for dialogue and actions between medical professionals who daily use Electronic Patient Record and the technology teams responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the system, aiming to deepen improvements in the relationship between medical practice and Health Information Technology the scope of Clinical Hospital of Faculty of Medicine of University of São Paulo
