Espectrômetro para EXAFS dispersivo com focalização sagital

Abstract in English
A new dispersive EXAFS spectrometer, for use with conventional laboratory x-ray sources, is presented. The equipment uses curved silicon monochromators for simultaneous focusing and dispersion of the available radiation, so that the whole spectrum is collected at one time. The performance of the spectrometer was studied with both curved and plane monochromators with respect to energy resolution, collection time reduction and energy calibration. The results show that there is practically no resolution deterioration, with respect to the plane monochromators, for radios of curvature as low as 60mm. For these tests x-ray films were used as linear detectors, which can be replaced by other low parallax unidimensional detectors, such as CCd type
