Neste trabalho, mostra-se o desenvolvimento de uma cápsula transmissora linear com transdutor de eletreto, como opção para substituir o transmissor de carvão atualmente usado nos telefones brasileiros. A cápsula transmissora desenvolvida, é compatível mecânica e eletricamente com os telefones, graças a um amplificador a transistor que acopla eletricamente o transdutor à linha telefônica, e a um encapsulamento apropriado fornecido por uma indústria nacional. O transdutor desenvolvido já possui um casador de impedância interno o que evita interferências eletromagnéticas. O amplificador é bastante estável contra variações de temperatura e componentes, protegido contra sobre-tensões e inversão de polaridade. Os resultados de medidas objetivas OREM-A mostraram as excelentes características do protótipo desenvolvido que satisfaz plenamente as normas TELEBRÁS

In this work, we show the development of a linear transmitter with electret transducer, as an option for the carbon transmitter actually used in the brazilian telephone set. The transmitter developed is electrically and mechanically compatible with the telephone, by means of an amplifier which couples the transducer with the telephone line, and a adequated involucre furnished by a brazilian industry. The transducer developed has an internal impedance converter that avoids electromagnetical interferences. The amplifier is very stable against component variations and temperature, protected against polarity inversion and over-voltages. The results of OREM-A objective measurements, show the excellent characteristics of the developed prototype, that fully satisfies the TELEBRÁS standards
