O texto apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa que investigou as trajetórias de formação de atrizes e atores da cidade de Ribeirão Preto (SP), incluindo-se aqui a miríade de espaços formativos (educativos) por eles ocupados e vivenciados, que vão desde os escolares aos não escolares e de antes a durante a atuação profissional no campo das artes cênicas. É uma pesquisa de natureza empírica em uma abordagem qualitativa da pesquisa educacional, na qual foram realizadas entrevistas com quatorze atrizes e atores de Ribeirão Preto, no período de março a junho de 2021, a fim de entender como esses atrizes/atores concebem suas trajetórias formativas nesse campo e na cena teatral de Ribeirão Preto. A partir de três categorias de análise - Formação, Pesquisa e Experiência, as entrevistas foram analisadas tendo como aportes teóricos, autores da sociologia das ocupações, que voltam seus olhares para o mundo do trabalho das artes, bem como, autores da filosofia da educação, que abordam a questão da experiência nos contextos pedagógicos e educacionais. Os resultados demonstram que a formação desses atores e atrizes se dá na multiplicidade de contextos e processos formativos, muito além da formação escolarizada, sobretudo na profissionalização, na experiência prática, no palco, nas redes de colaboração, dentre outros, trazendo contribuições importantes para a educação escolar, no sentido de promover uma abertura maior para questões que estão na sociedade e no mundo do trabalho.

The text presents the results of a research that investigates the formation trajectories of actresses and actors from the city of Ribeirão Preto/SP, including here the myriad of formative (educational) spaces by them occupied and experienced, ranging from school to non-school and before and during professional acting in the field of performing arts. It's an empiric research in a qualitative approach of an educational research, in which interviews were conducted with fourteen actresses and actors from Ribeirão Preto, from March to June 2021, in order to understand how these actresses/actors conceive their formative trajectories on these field and in the theatrical scene of Ribeirão Preto. Based on three analysis categories - Education, Research and Experience, the interviews were analyzed with theoretical contributions from occupational sociologist authors, who turn their eyes to the world of art's work, as well as authors of the philosophy of education, who approach the matter of experience in the pedagogical and educational contexts. The results show that the formation of these actors and actresses takes place in the multiplicity of contexts and formative process, far beyond school education, especially in professionalization, practical experience, in the stage, on collaboration networks, among others, bringing important contributions to school education, in the sense of promoting a bigger openness to matters that are in society and in the world of work.
