A presente pesquisa possui como cenário a formação inicial de professores de química, com recorte específico para os processos de formação profissional relativos em um espaço de educação não-formal dentro de uma Universidade pública. A pesquisa visa identificar e analisar possíveis contribuições da experiência nesse espaço para a formação inicial dos professores considerando a importância dos afetos e sua relação com a constituição da subjetividade docente. Em termos metodológicos foram utilizados observações, questionários e entrevistas com atividades de rememoração pelo Método da Lembrança Estimulada. O diário de campo, as respostas dos questionários bem como os discursos das entrevistas foram transcritos, sistematizados e analisados com base nos preceitos da Perspectiva Histórico-Cultural. Os resultados foram organizados em quatro unidades de análise com as temáticas mais recorrentes nas falas dos participantes. As unidades foram com as seguintes temáticas: A procura pela monitoria, os primeiros momentos no CEIQ, conhecimentos específicos e pedagógicos e relações sociais. Os relatos foram analisados pela perspectiva do impacto das relações sociais na constituição subjetiva do professor em formação. Discutiu-se que o processo de escolha aparentemente individual da carreira, depende do outro, da escola que viabiliza o passeio; do professor que prepara a viagem; o monitor que acolhe e ensina; da Universidade que propicia etc. Ressalta-se que formar professores e professores que sejam sensíveis e conscientes de sua própria formação depende de muitos fatores e instâncias. A análise deste material contribuiu para a compreensão dos aspectos afetivos e cognitivos envolvidos na experiência de trabalho em um centro de divulgação científica concomitante à formação exercida em um curso de licenciatura.

This research has as scenario the initial training of chemistry teachers, with a specific focus of the professional training processes in a non-formal education. The research aims to identify and analyze possible contributions of experience in this space to the initial training of teachers considering the importance of affections and their relationship with the constitution of teacher subjectivity. In methodological terms, observations, questionnaires and interviews with activities of remembrance by the Method of Stimulated Recall were used. The field diary, the answers to the questionnaires as well as the speeches of the interviews were transcribed, systematized and analyzed based on the precepts of Historical-Cultural Psychology. The results were organized into four units of analysis with the most recurrent themes in the participants' speeches. The units had the following themes: The demand for monitoring, the first moments at CEIQ, specific and pedagogical knowledge and social relationships. The reports were analyzed from the perspective of the impact of social relations on the subjective constitution of the teacher in training. It was argued that the apparently individual career choice process depends on the other, on the school that makes the tour possible; the teacher who prepares the trip; the monitor that welcomes and teaches; of the University that provides etc. It is noteworthy that training teachers and teachers who are sensitive and aware of their own training depends on many factors and instances. The analysis of this material contributed to the understanding of the affective and cognitive aspects involved in the work experience in a science center concomitant to the training carried out in a degree course.
