Levantamento dos Recursos Humanos na área médico-hospitalar do Estado de Santa Catarina, analisando a força de trabalho em função de uma hierarquia funcional e por nível de escolaridade. Distribuição das diversas categorias profissionais de acordo com o número e tamanho de hospitais, número de leitos e com os Centros Administrativos Regionais de Saúde-CARS. As distorções existentes refletem as deficiências em que se encontra o Estado não correspondendo assim aos padrões desejáveis. Ficou demonstrada a necessidade, a curto prazo, de maior incremento na tomada de decisão de uma política de qualificação de pessoal.

A colection of dat about Human Resourses in the Medical-Hospital area of the State Santa Catarina was made analising the human task force, considering the functional hierarchy and the school training level. The distribution of the several professional categories in acordance with the number and magnitude of the Hospital, their bed number and Regional Administrative Health Centers, was pointed down. The noted distortions reflects the now existing deficiencies in the state Santa Catarina discordance with the desirable patterns. It is thus demonstrated the necessity to give in a short period of time more rapidity to the decision making process, concerning a politic towards the qualification of the Health Personnel.
