A presente dissertação visa estabelecer que a Internet, enquanto técnica participa da constituição territorial, nesse sentido, colabora na regulação da vida humana. Busca-se, neste projeto, compreender as relações entre o desenvolvimento da Internet e seus impactos na organização e ordenação territorial.

This dissertation seeks to establish that the Internet, as a technique, takes part in the territorial constitution, in this sense, collaborating on the regulation of human life. This project will pursue the comprehension of the relationship between the development of the Internet and its impacts on the organization and arrangement of the territory.
