Esta pesquisa trata da mobilidade do trabalho de imigrantes africanos no Brasil, identificada como uma particularidade determinada nos movimentos migratórios contemporâneos, a partir do caso dos afro-islâmicos nas indústrias avícolas do país, especializadas na exportação de frangos para o mercado muçulmano internacional. A inserção da força-de-trabalho desses imigrantes aponta para um conjunto de questões culturais, políticas e econômicas que se apresentam geograficamente no território brasileiro, e que, no contexto da globalização e da crise do capital financeiro internacional requer uma forma particular de abordagem teórica e a respectiva crítica das formas apologéticas de conhecimento. O estudos de tais relações em uma perspectiva de crítica ao dualismo (geográfico, histórico ou cultural) abre no olhar sobre a mercadoria halal a visão geral sobre o moderno fetichismo da mercadoria.

This research deals with the labor mobility of African immigrants in Brazil, identified as a certain particularity in contemporary migratory movements, from the case of African-Islamic poultry industries in the country, specializing in exporting chickens to the Muslim international market. The insertion of the work force of these immigrants, points to a set of cultural, political and economic issues presented geographically in Brazilian territory, and that, in the current context of globalization and crisis of the international financial capital requires a particular form of theoretical approach and a critique of the apologetical forms of knowledge.
