O propósito deste trabalho é analisar a trajetória intelectual do escritor e crítico modernista Prudente de Moraes, neto (1904-1977). A primeira parte, mais teórica, está dedicada à contextualização de sua militância dentro de um quadro histórico da crítica literária brasileira. A segunda parte, voltada à pesquisa, reúne a quase totalidade dos seus escritos, dispersos em inúmeras publicações e, até hoje, nunca reunidos em livro.

The study aims to analyze the intellectual course of Prudente de Moraes, neto (1904-1977), writer and modernist critic. More theoretical, the first part is dedicated to the contextualization of his action within a historical frame of the Brazilian literary criticism. The second part, focusing the research gathers the near totality of his writing, spread amount innumerable publications to this day never reunited in one book.
