We intend, in this essay, to search out for possibilities of experimentation and renovation of Brazilian theatrical writing, analysing the relationship between tradition and rupture in the field of dramaturgical language (mostly throughout the last five decades) and investigating the notion of authorial individuation, specifically dramatic use of language and dramaturgical style.
