Abstract in Portuguese
O presente trabalho traz uma reflexão sobre a problemática da mundo moderno e do ponto de vista da modernidade sobre a natureza. Fala sobre a emergência de se buscar alternativas para esta situação. Aponta a Escola Pública e os professores eventuais como um possível campo de ação para intervenções educacionais voltadas para os Temas Transversais propostos pelo Parâmetros Educativos Nacionais - PCN. Propõe uma metodologia educacional dirigida para professores eventuais das Escolas Públicas Estaduais de Piracicaba e Região, aplicada a um curso de formação de professores. Esta metodologia sócio-ambiental propõe uma compreensão de conceitos da ecologia expandida, através de um convite vivencial que acontece durante o curso através de dinâmicas e palestras participativas e leitura de textos, que dialogicamente dão cadência a este caminhar. O curso com um todo foi construído dentro de uma perspectiva educacional ambiental emancipatória, e busca incentivar o professor participante a se envolver consigo mesmo, com os outros e com a natureza através de uma reflexão trazida pelas proposta reorganização da visão do mundo em que vivemos, usando como conteúdo as cinco dimensões da ecologia. O aprendizado sofrido durante a pesquisa e a produção de conhecimento alcançada estão descritos dentro do intrincado processo trazido pela pesquisa hermenêutica.

Abstract in English
The present work reflects about problems of the modem world about the point of view of modernity on the nature. It urges searching alternatives for this situation. It points out the State School and the substitute teachers as a possible field of activity with respect to educational interventions directed towards the Transversal Subjects, as considered by National Educative Parameters - PCN. It proposes an educational methodology directed to substitute teachers of State Schools of Piracicaba and Region, which was applied to a teacher training course. This social-environmental methodology considers an understanding of concepts of expanded ecology. This take place trough inviting teachers to rethink the world during the course through dynamic lectures where they take active participation when reading of texts, that pace to this way. The whole course was constructed within an emancipatory environmental educational perspective and searchs to stimulate the participants to get involver themselves, with others, and whit nature. This is brought trough a reflection proposing reorganizing the view of the world we live in, using the fundamentals of the Five dimensions of ecology The learning undergone during the research and the knowledge production that was reached are describe in the intricate process of hermeneutic research.
