A adoção da gestão sustentável (GS) tem aumentado na última década, seja como reposta das organizações às demandas regulatórias, pressões sociais ou ainda como decisão proativa dos gestores. Contudo, ainda figuram no ambiente corporativo ideias atreladas ao trade-off entre as esferas ambiental, social e econômica, quanto à implementação de práticas sustentáveis. Assim, a fim de minimizar esse trade-off e incentivar a prática proativa da GS nas empresas, o presente estudo objetiva verificar como a GS reflete em percepção de valor para os stakeholders. Para tanto, a pesquisa apresenta caráter multimétodos, em que são empregadas técnicas qualitativa e quantitativa, baseadas em estratégia de estudo de caso, tendo como lente teórica a Teoria dos Stakeholders. Colaboradores, clientes e fornecedores de uma empresa definida como objeto de estudo foram selecionados como stakeholders-chave para compor a amostra da pesquisa. Na etapa qualitativa, foram realizados seis grupos focais com os stakeholders previamente definidos, resultando na identificação de variáveis associadas à percepção de valor da GS. Na etapa quantitativa, essas variáveis deram origem a survey online aplicada a amostra formada por 479 respondentes dentre os stakeholders-chave. Após tratamento estatístico dos dados, houve a extração de dois fatores a partir das variáveis de percepção de valor da GS, sendo um deles relacionado ao ambiente externo à organização e outro ao ambiente interno. Foram ainda identificados três clusters formados por diferentes perfis de stakeholders relacionados aos dois fatores, o que levou ao desenvolvimento de um Modelo de Gestão de Stakeholders com foco na GS, a fim de auxiliar a empresa na identificação desses perfis e seu gerenciamento com foco no aumento da percepção de valor da GS. Como agenda futura, sugere-se, dentre outros estudos, a validação de tal modelo para que possa ser amplamente utilizado pelas empresas que possuem uma GS

The adoption of sustainable management (SM) has increased in recent years, either as a response of organizations to regulatory demands, social pressures or even as a proactive decision of managers. However, in the corporate environment, there is still the trade-off idea between the environmental, social and economic spheres related to the implementation of sustainable practices. Thus, in order to minimize this trade-off and encourage the practice of SM in companies, the present study aims to verify how SM reflects on stakeholders' value perception. Therefore, the research presents multimethods approach, in which there is qualitative and quantitative techniques, based on a case study strategy and Stakeholders Theory theoretical lens. Employees, customers and suppliers of a company defined as object of study were selected as key stakeholders to compose the research sample. In the qualitative phase, there were six focus groups with previously defined stakeholders. These groups resulted in variables associated with the perception of GS value. In the quantitative phase, these variables were used to form an online survey applied to a sample of 479 respondents from key stakeholders. After statistical treatment of the data, there was the extraction of two factors from the GS value perception variable. One of the factors is related to the external environment to the organization and another to the internal one. There was still the identification of three clusters formed by different stakeholders profiles related to the two factors, which directs to the development of a Stakeholders Management Model related to SM. This model assists the company in the identification of these profiles and its management, focusing on increasing the value perception of GS. As a future agenda, it has been suggested, the model validation so that it can be widely used by companies that have implemented GS
