Nesta tese investigamos alguns modelos de dimeros bidimensionais para demonstrar que eles podem apresentar um comportamento termodinâmico e critico bastante rico. Um dos modelos estudados chega a exibir uma sequencia de cinco transições de fase. Essas transições podem ser interpretadas fisicamente examinando-se as cadeias de dimeros excitados nesses modelos

In this thesis we investigate some models of two-dimensional dimers to demonstrate that they can present a thermodynamic behavior and critical quite rich. One of the models studied enough to show a sequence of five phase transitions. These transitions can be physically interpreted by examining the chains excited dimers in these models
