Keywords in Portuguese
Sistemas de controle

Control system
Abstract in English
This work uses the Differential Game Theory to study the controller design with linear-quadratic performance índex. The main characteristic of this kind of problem is the conflict of interests among the goals to be achieved by the design, what can justify the use of this tool (D.G.T.). The problem will be defined through a game whose objective functions have a strong physical appeal (path and use of control energy), which Will make the results interpretation easier. It was analyzed the SISO case and MIMO case with finite and infinite time of control including the robustness aspect. The robustness problem was treated as an additional constraint that impose limits to the solutions of the Pareto-optimal set found for the originally defined problem. The main results are: the difference of quality solutions between the SISO case (zero-sum game) and MIMO case (cooperative game) and the methodology to find weight matrices of the Pareto-optimal solutions. Thus, the results obtained are stimulating in the sense to apply this methodology to the general design of control systems.
